1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Business Terms”) of the operator of Visit Jizerky (legal entity), with its registered office at Nitranská 410/10, 460 07 Liberec, ID: 75057760 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties arising in connection with or on the basis of the Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Agreement”) concluded between the Seller and the physical or legal entity a person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) through the online store. The online store is operated at ADD ADDRESS through the web interface (hereinafter referred to as the “web interface of the store”).
1.2. The Terms and Conditions further regulate the rights and obligations of the parties when using the Seller's website located at ADD ADDRESS (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). They do not apply to cases where the buyer acts when ordering as part of his business activity.
1.3. Arrangements that differ from the commercial terms and conditions may be negotiated in the purchase contract. Deviating arrangements take precedence.
1.4. Terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract. The purchase contract and the terms and conditions are drawn up in the Czech language.
1.5. The seller may change or supplement the terms and conditions. This is without prejudice to the rights and obligations arising during the period of validity of the previous text.
2.1. By registering on the site, the Buyer can access the user account from which orders can be executed. You can also order without registration.
2.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide correct and truthful information during registration and order and update them in case of change.
2.3. Access to the account is protected by name and password. The buyer is obliged to maintain confidentiality.
2.4. The user account must not be used by third parties.
2.5. The seller can cancel the account, especially if the buyer does not use it for more than 1 year, or violates his obligations.
2.6. The Buyer acknowledges that the account may not be available around the clock due to maintenance.

3.1. The web interface contains a list of goods with prices (including VAT). The offer is non-binding.
3.2. The cost of packaging and delivery is also indicated (applies to the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic).
3.3. The order takes place by filling out the form. The buyer fills in the goods, the method of payment, delivery and the cost of delivery.
3.4. Data can be checked and changed before submitting an order. The buyer sends the order by clicking on “Order”.
3.6. The purchase contract is formed by the delivery of an order confirmation by e-mail.
3.7. The seller is not obliged to conclude a contract with persons who have violated their obligations.
3.8. The buyer agrees to use the means of communication at a distance.
5.1. You cannot withdraw from contracts for goods modified according to the buyer's wishes, perishable goods, recordings, software with broken packaging, newspapers and magazines.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, unless this is the case above.
5.3. The goods must be returned within 7 working days, undamaged and preferably in the original packaging.
5.5. The seller will refund the money within 30 days of delivery of the withdrawal.
5.6. If the returned goods are damaged or worn out, the seller has the right to compensation for the damage.
5.7. The seller may withdraw from the contract until the time of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
5.8. If a gift was provided, the buyer is obliged to return it along with the goods.
