Both top athletes, recreational athletes, as well as fans or families with children will choose!
Bedřichovsky Night Light Marathon
9-10 January 2026 | Bedrichov, Jizera Mountains
A unique evening cross-country ski race that will take you through the routes of the Jizera highway under the lights of headlamps, bollards and stars. The start and finish are at the ski stadium in Bedřichov. There is a circuit to choose from 17.5 km or 30 km, you can race classic and free techniqueThey will not be missed either children's races. The magical atmosphere and silence of the winter forest make this establishment an exceptional experience.

Jizerska 50
29 January — 1 February 2026 | Bedřichov
The most famous Czech cross-country ski race and one of the largest sporting events in the region. Four days of racing will offer tracks for professionals, hobby runners, children and corporate teams — classic and free technique. The highlight of the program is the traditional CEZ Jizerska 50 on Sunday. A race with a long tradition is part of the series WorldLoppet and annually attracts thousands of athletes as well as spectators from all over the world.

Dog sledding competitions — Czech sprint championship
7-8 February 2026 | Principle
Adrenaline spectacle at the foot of the Jizera Mountains. This weekend it will take place in Principe Czech Canine Sprint Championshipsfeaturing competitors on cross-country skis with one dog and sleds with four-, six- or eight-cross paths. Tracks of length 9—30 km lead along meadows and forest paths, and most of the race can be watched directly from the start and finish. The event is attractive not only for athletes, but also for spectators and families.
