Project “Discovery of the Hidden Gem II”

The project “Discovery of hidden gems II”, reg. no.: CZ.11.02.01/00/23_004/0000126 is co-financed by the European Union from the Interreg Czech-Poland 2021-2027 programme.

Objective of the project: The aim of the project is to more intensively promote less visited places in the Czech-Polish border, which are located near tourist-exposed sites, thereby shifting the interest of tourists from congested areas. This will be achieved through marketing campaigns, expanding and making the site “Discover the hidden gem” more attractive. The project also aims to make a positive contribution to the sustainable development of tourism in the Czech-Polish border.

The main activities of the project:

Project management (material and financial management of the project, meetings and coordination with partners)
Promotion and information activities (creation of roll-up)
Joint cross-border promotion of hidden gems (workshops on marketing plans, taking photos and reels, promotion on social networks, participation in trade fairs in Poland, Influtrip, online banner campaign Google Ads, Sklik)
Measurement of traffic (GSM data, counters in the territory)

Planned outputs of the project:

Extensive promotion of hidden gems
Expansion of the website and editorial system with new functionalities
GSM data for partner territories
Measuring posts located in the partners' territory

Project “Support of the Tourist Region of the Jizera Mountains”

In 2025, the project “Support of the Tourist Region of the Jizera Mountains” is implemented with the contribution of funds from the state budget of the Czech Republic from the program of the Ministry of Regional Development.

The total amount of the project is CZK 1,571,412, of which CZK 1,257,130 is financed by the Ministry of Regional Development. The project activities are focused on personnel costs, operating costs, acquisition of an analytical system, creation of a strategic document for the development of tourism in the Jizera Mountains, as well as creation of the Crisis Communication Manual.
