Museum of Glass and Costume Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou

The former Art Nouveau export house houses an absolutely exceptional museum highlighting the local traditional craft, which was inscribed on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative List in 2023. Nowhere else in the world will you find a museum encompassing the fields of glass and costume jewellery together and a collection of costume jewellery of all materials and technologies. The building houses the second largest collection of glass in the Czech Republic, at the same time one of the most important in Europe and the largest public collection of glass Christmas decorations in the world. The museum's entire collection consists of 12 million unique items.
