Enjoy one of the most picturesque natural scenery of the Jizera Mountains, where the water splashes wildly against granite boulders

Black Creek Waterfalls belongs to the most beautiful natural scenery of the Jizera Mountains - this waterfall is even the steepest and most watery in the Jizera Mountains. It is located near the village of Bílý Potok pod Smrkem, near the northern slope of the mountain Smrk, from where the stream flows naturally through a rugged rocky trough. In less than a kilometer it overcomes a significant elevation, so several cascades, rapids and waterfalls have been created here, which make for a unique experience in the quiet forest. Water splashes against granite boulders, churns among moss-covered rocks, creating an atmosphere that will calm any visitor.
The largest waterfall has a height of around eight meters, but the charm of the entire section is precisely in its wild nature. The waterfalls can be reached by the red tourist sign — a walk to them is an ideal destination even for less demanding trips at any time of the year.
