The second highest mountain in the Czech part of the Jizera Mountains lies in the center of the Jizera Prales Nature Reserve. Surrounded by the remnants of the original spruce trees, there is a summit granite rock with a landscaped view with a majestic circular view.

The summit can be reached by marked hiking trails from several directions — the most popular route leads from the settlement of Smědava or through the rocky lookout of Frýdlant battlements. The ascent will take you through quiet mountain forests, waterlogged meadows and peat bogs, typical of this part of the mountains. The reward for the effort is a breathtaking view of the landscape — the panorama of the Jizera Mountains, Frýdlant, Giant Mountains and distant peaks in Poland and Germany extends to all sides of the world.
